Changing jobs and your super

If you’re changing jobs, you can take your Mercer Super account and benefits with you.

If you’re changing jobs, you can take your Mercer Super account and benefits with you to your next job.

When you leave your employer, they’ll let us know and pay your final contribution.

How long this takes usually depends on the timing of their pay cycles. Once this is complete, we’ll transfer you to the Individual Section of Mercer Super,  or the Retained Section of your plan, if applicable.

To speed up the process, call 1800 682 525 to let us know about your new job. Make sure you have your account details handy so we can transfer your account, so you can continue to access Mercer Super benefits.
